    A: I will sign the lease on behalf of you the owner, you will receive a copy of the lease for your records.

  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: Owner checks are received around the 12th of the month.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: All leases are for 12 months.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: Typically 1 month rent amount.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: Once the owner contract is signed and an inspection on the home is performed we can start immediately.

    A: We manage Residential homes, Townhomes and Condos, along with smaller multi family units.

    A: A monthly statement with your rental income payment, along with a year end statement.

    A: Pacific NW Realty Services-Property Management PNW holds the deposit in a trust account with Coastal Community Bank.
