    A: We prefer rent to be paid on our online system, checks or cashier's checks can be dropped off at our office or mailed by the third of the month.

    A: If the unit allows pets, you will need to provide a photo and we will approve the pet based on breed and size.
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    A: All tenants that are on the lease would need to sign an rental change form and agree to the change and approved by the owner.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Written notice to vacate is required 20 days before the end of the month.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: The landlord/owner would be responsible for repairs in the case of maintenance items, Unless the tenant has caused the damage which could result in a tenant charge.
